Hi there,
I'm Mr Bips!

About Me

Mr Bips builds kites shaped like dragons, whales, and giant fish, then flies them from the tallest hill he can find. Watching them soar overhead, he likes to imagine they're real creatures visiting from distant lands. Sometimes the clouds seem to join the game.
